Description: An Alto Adige Pinot Nero from vineyards on the slopes of Caldaro at 450–600 metres above sea level. The wine is made using a red winemaking method with skin maceration. Fermentation starts at 12–13 °C and the temperature is gradually increased to 25–27 °C towards the end of fermentation. After fermentation, the young wine is aged for 4–6 months in 30-hectolitre wooden casks. The wine offers elegant red fruit aromas and a soft, inviting palate with a persistent finish.
