Description: An Alto Adige Müller Thurgau from vineyards on the higher slopes around Sopra Bolzano and Oltradige, at 400–700 metres above sea level. The wine is made using a white winemaking method with brief, low-temperature enclosed maceration to enhance the extraction of aromatic compounds. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 14–15 °C. The wine shows aromas of nutmeg, nettle and white peach, with a fresh, full and persistent palate.
