Description: An Alto Adige Chardonnay from vineyards situated at 350–600 metres above sea level in the Val d’Adige and Oltradige areas. The wine is produced using a classic white winemaking method, with gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 17–18 °C. It rests on the lees in stainless steel until the end of January before bottling. The wine shows fresh aromas of ripe Golden Delicious apple and banana, while the palate is dry and crisp, with refreshing acidity and good body.
