Description: A Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige, produced from grapes grown at 250–500 metres above sea level in the Val d’Adige and Oltradige areas. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently soft-pressed to minimise the extraction of copper-toned pigments from the skins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17–18 °C, followed by ageing on the lees after the initial racking to develop body and balance. The wine shows aromas of pear, ripe apple, citrus and floral notes, while the palate combines freshness and savoury character with tropical fruit nuances.
