Taste: Well-structured, persistent and mellow on the palate, with ripe fruit character balanced by a firm structure and a lingering finish.

Smell: Intense blueberry jam aromas complemented by notes of plum and violets.

Description: A Lagrein from Alto Adige, with grapes grown at 200–300 metres above sea level. The wine is produced using classic red winemaking, with 8–10 days of skin maceration at 23–26 °C. Before bottling, it is aged for around 5–6 months in large wooden casks and stainless steel tanks. The aroma profile is dominated by blueberry jam, plum and violets, while the palate is well-structured, persistent and mellow.
