Description: Made from 100% Chenin Blanc sourced from the estate’s oldest vineyards, planted in 1974 and 1976. The grapes were hand-harvested and cooled before undergoing spontaneous fermentation in a 2500L foudré and a 500L amphora. The wine was aged on its lees for ten months, adding texture, depth, and complexity. The result is a dry, fresh, and mineral-driven wine with remarkable purity and excellent ageing potential.
