Description: PINK Rosato Maremma Toscana DOC is a Tuscan rosé wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. It features notes of pink grapefruit, citrus and flowers, complemented by a fresh palate with a subtle saline, mineral character. The grapes come from the Pian dei Cipressi vineyard. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, followed by six months of maturation in stainless steel. The wine undergoes weekly bâtonnage from October to February. Alcohol content: 12.5%.
