Description: Ferrari Perlé is a Trentodoc sparkling wine produced exclusively from hand-harvested Chardonnay grown on mountainside vineyards in Trentino. The wine undergoes an average of 54 months of ageing on lees, using selected house yeast strains, resulting in a wine with depth, balance and refined character.

Color: Deep yellow in colour with golden highlights and an extremely fine, persistent perlage.
