Description: This cava originates from medium-altitude vineyards in Penedès (200–400 m) with yields between 6,000–10,000 kg/ha. Aged a minimum of 36 months on the lees, it gains depth and complexity while remaining precise and fresh. Bottled in an Extra Brut style (4 g/l dosage), the result is a refined sparkling wine with layered structure and saline minerality. Roger Goulart’s Gran Reserva shows how long aging and low dosage create elegance with focus.
