Description: The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve their aromatic purity. Fermentation takes place mainly in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, with a smaller portion matured in French oak barriques. This combination enhances both the wine’s texture and its mineral-driven freshness. The final refinement continues in the bottle before release.
