Description: Vermentino IGT is a wine made from grapes harvested at the end of August during the cooler hours of the day to preserve the grape's aromas and flavors. Once in the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and destemmed. Cold maceration lasts for a few hours in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures (about 14-15 °C). In the glass, the wine shows a bright straw yellow color. The bouquet releases fruity fragrances, enriched by the lively citrus notes of grapefruit and lime peel. Aromas of peach and Mediterranean herbs complete the olfactory profile. Fresh and brilliant, the sip recalls flavors of white-fleshed fruit on the palate. It pairs well with shellfish, seafood risotto, and linguine with lobster. Also excellent as an aperitif.
