Taste: Bright and textural with ripe blood plums, dark cherry and blackberries - amplified by tones of vanilla bean creaminess and warm spice. Dried rosemary and sage give the wine a sense of earthiness. Fine, elegant tannins which frame and capture fruit depth providing length and balance.

Smell: Lifted aromatics of red liquorice, fennel root and black rose prevail. Brooding red and black berry “Chambord” is peppered with dried sage, thyme and toasty oak notes.

Description: Medium-bodied, with very good structure and tannins. Chocolatey aftertaste. The taste reveals ripe berry fruit, which is complemented by rhubarb compote. The aroma is berry, you can feel strawberries and raspberries, which are slightly sugared and have a sorbet character. A well-integrated woody note emerges in the background. Made from two grape varieties (Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon).
