Old Baile whiskey is triple distilled and carefully matured in bourbon barrels, followed by finishing in Appleton rum casks. Old Baile whiskey reveals soft notes of vanilla, caramel and tropical flavors. This extraordinary combination creates a rich and velvety taste experience, Old Baile means “Old Town” in Irish. Bottle design inspiration came from traditional whiskey vessels, with curves reflecting the craftsmanship of old mill barrels
