Description: Memŏro Rosso is a complex yet drinkable cuvée made from a blend of typical Italian grapes from different regions and vintages. The Montepulciano grapes are aged for 12 months in oak barrels, combined with Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Merlot from Veneto, and partially dried Primitivo from Apulia. This wine offers a warm and modern style with aromas of cherry, figs, and coffee, harmoniously integrated with oak notes. On the palate, it presents a well-balanced taste with remarkable structure and complexity, culminating in a dense and persistent finish. It pairs excellently with red meats and aged cheeses.
