Description: A dry, very lively and flavorful wine that is elegantly herbaceous and has good acidity. In the aroma, orange blossoms, kinkan, white peach and ripe apricots come to the fore. Made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes that are hand picked. The wine is kept on lees for a few months before bottling.
