Taste: The palate is rich and slightly oily. Characters might remind you of toffee, baked peach, crème caramel, lanolin, caramelised almond, plus something earthy. The kernel type flavours give a serious line to the palate, which finishes rounded and voluptuous, but dry.

Smell: Warm summertime aromatics: sun ripened, warm, soft figs, grilled hazelnuts and slow roasted quinces plus a hint of caramelised brown sugar scorched to grilled apricots or peach.

Description: An exclusive and limited wine made from only the best Pinot Gris berries. The wine is kept on lees for 15 months and is fermented in French oak barrels. The taste is dry, rich and full, but elegant. A warm and aromatic aroma is with mature nuances.
