Description: Harvest in late September. The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, followed by settling of the wine must for 12 hours. The fermentation process lasts 15 days in stainless steel tanks, 100% malolactic fermentation is applied. The wine matures in stainless steel containers with sediment for eight months.
