Taste: Delicate and intense. The finish is exceptionally long, mineral, and elegant. The Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos vineyard is regarded as one of the finest sites in the Chablis region. Les Clos is located next to the village of Chablis, facing south, which allows the grapes to reach perfect ripeness. The vines were planted by Michel Laroche in 1960. Ageing potential is about 20 years.

Smell: Hints of white blossoms. Ripe stone fruits and orchard fruits are in good balance with well-integrated acidity. The characteristic minerality of the Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos vineyard appears as wet stones, metallic notes, and an oyster-shell–like salty sea brininess.
