Taste: Characteristic of Chablis, the taste is strong and with a very good minerality. This wine is particularly well-balanced, with a richly lively acidity and powerful aromas.

Smell: Pure aroma with a slight hint of apple and greenery.

Description: Harvest: late September and early October. Fermentation: 20 days at 16–17 °C, 100% malolactic fermentation. Ageing: in stainless steel barrels for six months. Ideal to drink in 2–4 years.
