Description: Only the finest 8-10 year old 100% blue agaves are hand-selected and harvested, with the most flavourful piñas roasted in brick ovens for 72 hours. After ageing in oak for up to five years, it is blended by our Maestro Tequilero to a secret recipe that yields complex flavours, with batches varying year on year. Each bottle is wax-sealed, hand-labelled, individually numbered and comes in a collectible wooden box hand-painted by an especially chosen Mexican artist each year.
