Description: Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban is one of three Glenmorangie whiskys matured in barrels of other alcohols. Quinta Ruban is a single malt whisky. Whisky is usually ‘made’ in bourbon barrels. However, ready-made whisky is also stored in port wine barrels, which are brought from old port wine manors. Such a maturation process adds an extremely soft and velvety taste nuance to the whisky, in which dry and sweet notes intertwine. The taste is dominated by rich chocolate and minty flavours.
