Made from the rare red-fleshed Pommes à Chair Rouge apple variety, this cider has true rosé character and flavor, with a deep color that naturally varies with the harvest. First-class pur jus - apple cider is by nature 100% fermented apple juice, no concentrates, sugars, sweeteners or water are added to it. In addition, cider is naturally gluten-free - which makes the drink suitable for those who adhere to a gluten-free diet. Red-fleshed apples from orchards in Brittany and Normandy are known for their fresh, tart flavor and the high content of natural red pigments not only in the skin, but also in the flesh, which gives them their unique natural color. The centuries-old keeving method prevents the wild yeast in the apples from fully fermenting the juice, thus preserving its natural, fruity sweetness. The result is a strikingly refreshing cider.
