Description: The Tempranillo grapes are sourced from our own small 6-hectare parcel in Finca Malpica, with low yields of 3,500 kg/ha. The Graciano grapes come from the Lara vineyard, known for producing some of the highest quality fruit. The Tempranillo and Graciano vines, aged between 35 and 65 years and still in their original bush vine form, thrive in limestone-rich, stony soil that retains heat, aiding in fruit ripening. The grapes are hand-harvested into 15 kg boxes and delivered under cold storage conditions to preserve fruit integrity and ensure color stability. This wine is produced only in years when grape quality is exceptional.
