Taste: Full-bodied with ripe mandarin oranges, soft brown sugar, vanilla cream, a hint of warming fresh ginger and lemon zest. In finish, soft fruit notes combined with warming dry toasted oak and a delicate, rich sweetness of dark honey.

Smell: Fresh and zesty, with roasted citrus fruits, a touch of mango, freshly picked strawberries and orchard fruit compote, beautifully balanced with a backdrop of gentle spice and sweet oak.

Description: The original Don Papa rum is aged in ex-Bourbon and shaved, toasted and roasted in American Oak casks for depth of flavour; perfect for mixing in a range of cocktails. Animals and exotic birds from the Philippines are ‘hidden’ on the bottle’s label, including the world’s second smallest primate, the tarsier.
