Description: Beaujolais Nouveau – a celebration in the wine world! The wine is released for sale two months after the harvest. The tradition has now spread from France all over the world. At midnight on the third Thursday of November, bottles of the young wine are opened, glasses are clinked, and the new wine year is celebrated. Domaine Cazes Vin Nouveau is certified organic and biodynamic.
