Description: Codorníu Organic is an authentic cava in its well-known goodness, made by an organic method. The vineyards in the Penedès region, selected specifically for organic wine, guarantee top-quality grapes with low yields. In addition to the method of making cava, the rules of organic farming are followed during both cultivation and production. Codorníu Ecológica is matured for 9–12 months.
