Smell: A very intense wine. Aromas of grapefruit and lichees, intermingled with stone fruit, particularly nectarines. Subtle notes of tropical fruit interlaced with citrus notes that contribute great freshness.

Description: The grapes come from estate-owned organic vineyards where no herbici- des are used. The yields are lower and plant treatments are less aggressive, although this does require closer monitoring.
