Taste: An ample, stimulating wine, full of texture, with a continental personality. Fresh sensations at the start lead to a slightly more textured mid-palate and a long, refreshing finish. The notes found in the nose reappear at different stages in the mouth. The citrus notes appear first, with pleasant stone fruit hints in the mid-palate and a more floral finish.

Smell: Great aromatic complexity that starts off with citrus aromas (lime and grapefruit). As the wine opens up, notes of stone fruit and subtle hints of white flowers appear set against a mineral background.

Description: The grapes come from estate-owned organic vineyards where no herbici- des are used. The yields are lower and plant treatments are less aggressive, although this does require closer monitoring.
