Taste: The direct smooth attack offers swathes of nectarine and peach. The mid palate is rich and indulgent with delicate notes of spice and acacia honey. A perfectly balanced and elegant rosé with a very persistent finish. Exceptional length on the palate with lingering notes of vanilla and velvety tannins.

Smell: The toasty and spicy nose exudes notes of cinnamon which evolve towards aromas of stewed apricots.

Description: The vineyard covers 40 hectares in the Côtes de Provence and Côtes de Provence SainteVictoire appellations. Since 1016, the vineyards have been cultivated using an organic approach in order to preserve the authenticity of the wines. Aged 100% in Austrian half-muid barrels for 24 months and regularly stirred every 2 weeks. Ageing potential 6 to 10 years
