Smell: Nosiola has a delicate fruity aroma with a soft hint of freshly picked hazelnuts.

Description: The grapes grow among the best exposed vineyards of the Valle dei Laghi near Castel Toblino. The unique composition of the soils, dry and rich in gravel, together with the incessant presence of a gentle wind, called "Ora del Garda", help to give these grapes unique and inimitable characteristics. After crushing and destemming, the traditional white vinification takes place with soft pressing, short cold maceration on the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature. A few months of aging in stainless steel follow.
