Description: Cantina Toblino is a valued wine producer in northern Italy, operating since 1960, which has historically made a very important contribution to the preservation of the heritage of the Trentino region - the Nosiola grape and Vin Santo. Cantina Toblino winery is moving towards 100% organic certification. The straw yellow wine with a golden hue is made from 100% organic hand-picked Chardonnay grapes. The taste is dry, full and juicy, playful and lively, but at the same time very elegant. Acidity and fruitiness are well integrated. The aftertaste is noticeably mineral. Ripe pears, apples and white peach can be felt in the dominantly fruity, refined and elegant aroma. The wine is matured in French oak barrels for 7 months. Development potential 10+ years.
