Taste: Rich and explosive with an abundance of chocolate, tar, creosote and smoked bacon, followed by notes of throat lozenges, eucalyptus and anise.

Smell: Very fresh and herbal with notes of vanilla, pear, freshly crushed black pepper and honey glazed ham. Rich Turkish coffee, fruity pine resin. With a sense of water; the top note is herbal with a touch of vetiver, fennel, anise, green apple and leather.

Description: The product has aged for five years in former Bourbon & Oloroso Sherry barrels. Also suitable for preparing smoky cocktails.
