Prike wine expert Ketri Leis
Ketri’s 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry include half of that time working as a sommelier. Special attention during this journey has been given to “unknown” or lesser-known wine regions and grape varieties, as well as the production of wines without additives.
Ketri is a certified sommelier and a silver medalist of the international ASI Diploma program. In addition, she shares her knowledge with aspiring wine enthusiasts as a lecturer at the Estonian Sommelier Academy.
Ketri has been competing as a sommelier for around 5 years, during which she has earned the title of Estonia’s Best Sommelier for four consecutive years and has placed several times in the top three at the Baltic Best Sommelier competitions. In the European and African Best Sommelier competitions, Ketri has achieved a spot in the top ten, which remains the best result for Estonia to date.
